Our Story - Quality First
At The Decanted Library, we proudly stand as pioneers in the realm of blind tasting flights. As far as we know, we hold the distinction of being the first licensed DSP (Distilled Spirits Plant) dedicated to offering this unique experience. Recognizing the imperative need for complete control over product quality, we established a DSP to have control over the core step of bottling. This commitment to quality control sets us apart, ensuring that every bottle leaving The Decanted Library is a testament to our dedication to excellence.

Our journey started with the launch of our inaugural book, featuring the craftsmanship of Starward, with invaluable contributions from Dave Vitale, a true Master Distiller. This collaboration marked the beginning of our ever-expanding library of spirits, each with its own unique story and flavor profile.
